Jen (Walton) McCormack, President
New Member Class: Iota Beta, Spring 1997
Bio:
“To have her welfare ever at heart…”
Jen has given many years of service to help Iota Beta thrive and flourish. Upon graduating in 2000, she initially spearheaded efforts to recruit and train alumna volunteers to form a fully functioning advisory board who would be involved in and provide oversight and continuity for the success and longevity of the sisterhood. Jen served on the advisory board as cardinal cabinet advisor and later served for many years as Personnel Advisor. After being away from chapter operations for some time, Jen has recently stepped in to provide direction and leadership in effort to help the existing House Corporation volunteers address the immediate needs of the facility and the membership. Jen currently serves as interim House Corporation President with a focus on developing and implementing an effective long term strategy for management and accountability within the House Corporation board, as well as recruitment and retention of highly qualified board members to help support the future of Iota Beta’s success going forward. Jen works in finance and accounting and lives in Southern New Hampshire with her husband and two sons.
Jennie (Keniston) Figueiredo, Vice President

Bio:
Jennie is currently the Director of Development in the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. She has ten years of development and fundraising experience working with high profile alumni to find ways to engage them with the University, as well as, fulfill their philanthropic goals. Prior to UMass, Jennie spent seven years at MIT on their major gifts fundraising team. She received her BS in Resource Economics from UMass in 2010 and currently lives in Belchertown, MA with her husband and three-year-old daughter.
Leigh (Larkin) Dobbs, Secretary

Bio:
After graduating from UMASS Amherst in 2005 with double degrees in Biology and Psychology, Leigh moved to Boston with her sorority sisters. She worked at a technology company in Cambridge while attending Emerson College where she earned her Masters degree in Corporate and Organizational Communication in 2008. During that time, her mom had cancer and she spent a lot of time walking up and down the hallways of Boston hospitals. She decided to return to school and became a family nurse practitioner in 2013. In 2016, she became one of the owners of a busy internal medicine practice. After selling a few years later, she made the transition to working for a federally qualified health center to provide care to a broader community. She lives in Norfolk, MA with her husband, her seven year old future legacy, and one and a half year old baby boy.
Samma (Brousseau) Kenney, Treasurer
New Member Class: Iota Beta, Spring 2005
Past Chi Omega Leadership Roles: Iota Beta House Corporation Director (2nd funds collection role) 2012-2018 and President 2018-2020.
Bio:
Samma is currently a Full-Time Mom and Homeschool Teacher. Prior to March, she had started a new career with Complete Payroll Solutions as a Client Relations Payroll Specialist. She has three years
of banking experience, six years as a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Manager, and twelve years of Management experience including hiring, scheduling, coaching and termination of employees. She lives in Westfield, MA with her husband, 7-year-old and 4-year-old sons, a puppy and two guinea pigs.
Susie (Puder) Kuc, Facilities Management/Renovations Committee Chair
New Member Class: Iota Beta, Fall 2004
Past Chi Omega Leadership Roles: Facilities Manager, Assistant New Member Educator, Sisterhood Director, Recruitment Advisor, Stand-In HC Vice President.
Bio:
Susie is currently an interior designer and entrepreneur at Thisgiantlife.com. She has 10+ years of experience designing kitchens, bathrooms, and homes both in 3D and with her own two hands. While she got her B.S. in construction technology, she also worked as her late father’s carpenter’s assistant, doing everything from the messy demo work to building custom kitchen cabinets.
While trying to raise resilient children out of her 5 and 2.5 year old, she is also a Superhost on Airbnb.com, renting a suite off her 1847 historic home in Sunderland Ma. Most recently she helps her husband rent their newest adventure, an R-Pod camper.
